Any user ofthe site www.elfil-cuir.com, (hereinafter referred to as the  Buyer)

object:
The General Conditions of sale delailed below aim to define the contractual relations between the trader Elfil-cuir and the buyer.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies acceptance by the purchaser without any deduction of the present conditions of sale.

Article 1 : Scope of the contract
The validation of the order by the Purchaser implies acceptance of the present conditions of sale and the recognition of a perfect understanding thereof.
These General Conditions of Sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other general or particular conditions.
The Elfil-cuir trader may be occasionally required to modify these General Conditions of Sale.
In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the Buyer.

Article 2 :Characteristics of the proposed artisanal products
Each product is an artisan creation and will be accompanied by a description drawn up by Elfil-cuir.
In a process of transparency and in accordance with the European regulation of Leather on the traceability of the skins, each product will be mentioned ol leather graining, tanning and designation of the animal. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest accuracy possible, however the indications of weight, size, color and the particulars are only indicative and may vary due to the craft nature of the products.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product sold, especially with regard to the colors due to the setting of the Customer screen and the lighting during the shooting.

Article 3 : Price
The prices of the products presented on the website www.elfil-cuir.com are indicated in euros (€).
Under  §19 of the Small Business act, we do not levy or display Vat.
A contribution to the costs is indicated for each item at the time of placing the order, it is applicable in metropolitan France.
In case of delivery outside of metropolitan France different delivery charges will be applied. These delivery charges are detailed in the paragraph "international delivery".
The Buyer assumes any liability in terms of customs.
Elfil-cuir reserves the rigth to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price indicated on the order will be only one applicable.

Article 4: Transition to the order
Any order placed by the Buyer on the site www.Elfil-cuir.com is considered accepted only when the payment was made by credit card on the site of secure payment  PAYPAL or alter cashing the check bank in the case of payment by check.

An order on the wwwelfil-cuir.com website must include the following steps :
1. Check the shopping cart and confirm its contents by clicking on the "payment" button to continue the order
2. Fill in the mandatory fields of the order form
3. Have read the General Conditions of Sale
4. Select  the method of payment: in the case of a payment by credit card via the secure payment site PAYPAL, the Buyer is them automatically redirected to the payment page by credit card via PAYPAL.
5. Confirm the order.
6.The purchaser receives confirmation of this order by e-mail.

The last of placing an order implies the full and irrevocable acceptance of the Purchaser to these General Conditions of Sale.
Payment is due at time of order.

Two methods of settlement are proposed:
- Payment by credit card:
Credit card payment will be made through the secure online payment site PAYPAL.
The order will only be processed after validation of the online payment. The security system set up for payment by credit card is the PAYPAL system. The payment via PAYPAL does not require to be registered or have a PAYPAL account.
TheElfil-Cuir trader never has access to the Buyer's credit card number.
- Payment by bank check:
The Buyer also has the possibility to pay by check, in this case the postal coordinates, will be communicated to you by e-mail.
The order will then be processed at check cashing.
The purchaser's order will then be reserved for seven days( 7 days). After this period, without receiving the aforementioned check, the availability indicated at the time of the order will no longer be guaranteed and the order will be canceled.

Article 5 : Delivery
- Treatment delays:
The order is processed upon receipt of payment.
Usually, the processing time is three days (3 days) if the product is in stock at the workshop if the product is  to be manufactured, the processing time is twelve days (12 days) maximun.
The Buyer is informed by e-mail when the order is dispatched.
In the event of an unusual days , an e-mail will be sent to the Buyer. The Buyer can then request the cancellation, exchange or splitting of his order.

- Delivery time:
The indicated delivery times are understood after processing and manufacture if the order and formulated in working days.
These delays can be thwarted by strikes, lock-outs, export problems, changes in customs coditions for which we can not help responsible.

- Shipping:
Each order on the site www.elfil-cuir.com causes shipping costs for the delivery of the parcel.
The amount of the delivery costs varies according to the weight of the products ordered.
Shipping charges may be reduced or diccontinued depending on ongoing business transactions.
The shipping costs are calculated before the validation of th order.

- Carrier:
Deliveries to the EEC countries are effected by postal mail in parcels Postal Europe for deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by the international postal services.
However, Elfil-Cuir reserves the right to change at any time as a carrier.

- Terms of delivery:
The merchandise travels at the risk and peril of the recipient. Elfil-cuir declines any responsilility for damage, loss or delay. This also applies in the case of advanced port sending.

Always check your package on arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing or degraded.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer several times. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with the related delivery costs.

- International shipping
The products we offer comply with the laws and regulations applicable in France.
For any purchase in another country, in view of export, the customer is obliged to check the specificity of the legislation in force in the country concerned, whether for taxes, declarations or prohibitions. We can not be held liable for moncompliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered, it is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of import.

-The purchaser is warned when ordering that additional shipping charges are applied for deliveries outside mainland France. These additionnal cots will be communicated to him by e-mail and the product will be shipped as soon as it is received.

- The purchaser who has taken cognizance of the additional cots has the possibility to cancel his order. In this case Elfil-cuir will reimburse the sums already paid by the Purchase in the context of this order.

- Delay in delivery, out of stock :
Elfil-Cuir will of course keep the Buyer informed of any delayed shipment.
In case of delay, if the product has not yet been sent, the Purchaser may cancel the order.
If several products are ordered simultaneously and only some of them are delayed, Elfil-cuir reserves the right to split the deliveries.
In the case:
-Shipping charges for products shipped late will be free.
-Products that are delayed can be removed from theorder and will be refunded.

Article 6: Withdrawal
You have 14 days (from receipt of items) to make you an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, return the new item (s) to its original packaging (s), intact. In case of exercise of the right of retraction, "Elfil-cuir" is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, excluding postage. The refund is due within a maximun of 14 days. The expenses of reshipment are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The expenses of reshipment are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

-Cause of non-repayment:
– The item (s) of the order returned by the Buyer must be shipped in a protective packaging and in new condition.
– This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original condition and complete.
– Items returned stripped, incomplete, damaged, dirty or worn are neither taken back nor refunded.
Warning: Custom made items made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized do not have the right of withdrawal. The products are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Article 7 : Legal guarantees
The Buyer benefits from the legal guarantees relating to the defects of conformity of the product and defects prohibitive.

Article 8 :  Nominative data

Article 9 : Applicable Law and Dispute
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law whatever the country of delivery.

Article 10 : Intellectual Property
All the elements of  www.elfil-cuir.com, models, texts, drawings, logos, photos, objets and images are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Elfil-cuir.
– In accordance with the provisions of the Code of intellectual Property, only use for private use, subject to differnet provisions can be envisaged.
– Any other use constitutes infringement and sanctioned under the intellectual Property, unless prior authorization of Elfil-Cuir.
– The right to make use of the site and its contents or other element appearing therein is subject to compliance with the General Conditions of Sale and any applicable law or regulation.
– Any use of the www.elfil-cuir.com or its contents for a purpose other than that authorized by Elfil-cuir via its General Conditions of Sale may constitute a violation of rights.
– Any simple or hypertext link to the site Elfil-Cuir is strictly forbidden without a written agreement.
– In all cases, any link, even tacitly authorized by Elfil-Cuir.
– In no case shall the agreement of Elfil-cuir (www.elfil-cuir.com) be held liable for the content of the site using a link to the site www.elfil-cuir.com
