Elfil-Leather pays great attention to personnal data concermig the customer.
To this end, Elfil-Leather has developed a privacy Policy to explain to the customer how the website uses the personal data and all the precautions taken to maintain its condidentiality and security.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared based on the advice and guidelines of the CNIL.
The General conditions of sale presented on the www.elfil-cuir.com prevail over the terms of this Privacy Policy.

In accordance with French law "Informatics et liberties" n°78-17 dated january 6, 1978, the website www.elfil-cuir.com has been the subject of a declaration to the National Commission of informatics and Liberties (CNIL) under number 1848931.
3 - Use of Personal Data
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of january 6, 1978, persanal data relating to purchasers may be processed automatically. They will be used by Elfil-Leather's internal services to process the Customer order, for statitical analyzes (anonymous and relating to aggregates) and for the Customer file in order to customize the communication and the Elfil product offer- Leather.
If Elfil-Leather wishes to use the personal data for a purpose, Elfil-cuir will solicit the Customer's consent to this new use.
4 - Data Collection
During the use of this website, Elfil-Leather will be required to request personal data, including name, first name, e-mail address, biling address, delivery address, telephone number etc. Some information is required other optional. Personal data is collected only if it is provided voluntarily when the Customer uses Elfil-Leather services. If the client refuses to provide personal data required for an order, accesses to the site may not be able to continue the ordering process.

However, it is possible that Elfil-Leather communicates data concerning the Customer. For example, as part of your order, Elfil-Leather comminicates the name and address of the Customer to the carriers for delivery of the parcel.

The site may contain links to other sites that are not controlled by Elfil-Leather. Consequently, Elfil-Leather can not be held responsible for the practices of thrid parties who exploit these links.
9- Right of access to personal data
Upon request of the Customer, Elfil-leather may transmit a copy of the personal data held. For this, Elfil-Leather could claim proof of identity. This information will be provided free of charge.
At any time, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him (art 34 of the law « Informatics and Liberties » of 6 Janvier 1978).
To exercise this right, the Customer may either contact Elfil-Leather or directly modify his information by accessing the "my account".
10 - Contact
If the Customer has any questions or concerns regarding compliance with this Privacy policy, or if the Customer wishes to provide recommendations or comments on how improve the quality of the Customer, it is possible to contact Elfil-Leather.
11 – Shelf life
The data concerning the Customer will be kept only for the necessary time.
